Ingredients
25g/1oz unsalted butter
2 figs thinly sliced
50g/1¾oz stilton
50g/1¾oz cabbage, shredded and blanched
½ tsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
2. Grease a small ovenproof dish with the butter and arrange the figs as a base.
3. Crumble the cheese over and grill for two minutes.
4. Place the vinegar and honey in a bowl, add the cabbage and toss together.
5. To serve, sprinkle the cabbage over the cheese and figs in the dish.
