Onion bhajis (Veg)
Ingredients
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp plain flour
1 free-range egg
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
oil for frying
Preparation method

Mix all of the ingredients together except for the oil.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Place a large spoonful of the mixture in the pan.

Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crisp and golden.

Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Drain on some kitchen paper and serve.
