Ingredients
For the goats' cheese and tomato
4 ready-made Soda farls
50g/1¾oz of goats' cheese
2 tbsp basil, torn
1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
Method
1. Pre-heat the grill to high.
2. Cut the farls into small bite-size croutons and toast under the grill.
3. Sprinkle with the goats' cheese and toast for one minute.
4. Place on to a plate, garnish with the tomatoes and basil and serve.
