Ingredients
1 tamarillo, halved
25g/1oz caster sugar
50ml/2fl oz red wine
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt, to serve
Method
1. Heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
2. Place the tamarillo in a roasting dish and sprinkle with sugar and red wine. Roast for 15 minutes until soft and syrupy.
3. To serve, spoon into a bowl and serve with Greek yoghurt.
