Ingredients
1 punnet English strawberries, hulled
1 medium tub organic unpasteurised double cream, whipped
1-2 tsp rose syrup, to taste
crystallised rose petals
Method
1. Fold the rose syrup through the whipped cream to give a ripple effect.
2. Place the strawberries in a bowl and top with the rose cream.
3. Crush the crystallised rose petals over the top and serve with a glass of pink champagne, if you like.
