Description
The Italian name for this recipe is Macedonio di Frutta. Any other fruits can be used for this recipe too.
Ingredients
5 tbsp amaretto liquor
200g/7oz strawberries, halved
200g/7oz blueberries
200g/7oz melon, cubed
mint, to garnish (optional)
Method
1. Soak all the fruit in the amaretto for at least 1 hour.
2. Serve the fruit in a glass and spoon over a bit of the amaretto used to marinate the fruit in.
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
