Ingredients
1 tbsp triple sec orange liqueur
1 tbsp coffee liqueur
2 shots Irish cream liqueur
ice, to taste
1 scoop vanilla or butterscotch ice cream
splash Champagne
pinch cocoa powder
Method
1. Combine the triple sec, coffee liqueur and Irish cream liqueur in a Boston glass. Add ice, to taste, and shake.
2. Place the ice cream into a chilled Martini glass and strain the liqueur mixture over the ice cream. Pour the Champagne on top.
3. Sprinkle the cocoa powder over the top and serve on a saucer with a spoon.
