Ingredients
50g/1¾oz ready-made meringue, crushed
50ml/2fl oz black coffee
100ml/3½fl oz cream, whipped until stiff peaks appear when the whisk is removed
100gl/3½fl oz cream cheese
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp clear honey
50g/1¾oz strawberries, cleaned, stalk removed, chopped
25g/1oz pistachio nuts, chopped
frac12; orange, zest only
25g/1oz dark chocolate, grated
Method
1. Place the crushed meringue into a bowl and pour over the instant coffee.
2. Place the cream, cream cheese, honey, icing sugar and strawberries into a bowl and mix together. Then transfer to a serving bowl.
3. Pour over the meringue mixture in swirl top.
4. Place the nuts, orange zest and chocolate into a bowl, mix well, then sprinkle over the tiramisu.
