Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
pinch dried chilli flakes
50g/1¾oz yellow tomatoes, chopped
100g/3½oz fresh pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
3. Add the cooked pasta, mix together and season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
4. Serve in a warm bowl.
