Ingredients
3 chocolate cookies
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
3 egg whites
100g/3½oz caster sugar
Method
1. Put the the cookies in the bottom of a heat-proof dish.
2. Put three scoops of ice cream on top of the cookies.
3. In a clean dry bowl whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk until stiff.
4. Add in the sugar and continue to whip until stiff.
5. Place the whipped egg whites into a piping bag and pipe over the ice cream until it is covered completely.
6. Blowtorch the egg whites until they are a golden colour, and serve.
