Green beans with ginger and mustard (Veg)
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
200g/7oz green beans, trimmed and par-boiled
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp peeled and grated root ginger
¼ tsp salt
Preparation method

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the mustard seeds.

A few seconds later tip in the beans with the cumin and fry for 1 minute.

Stir in the ginger and salt and sauté over a low heat for 5 minutes.
