Spicy chicken kebabs
Get maximum flavour and minimum fuss by marinating the chicken overnight in a spicy low-fat yoghurt marinade.
Ingredients

3 tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tsp fresh chopped coriander
1 fresh red chilli
4 x 150g chicken breasts, cubed

pitta bread
Preparation method

Mix together the yoghurt, garam masala, chilli powder, lime juice, coriander and red chilli.

Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture overnight or for a couple of hours.

Preheat the barbecue to hot.

Thread the chicken onto kebab sticks and cook on the barbecue until the chicken is tender and cooked all the way through.

Serve with lettuce and pitta bread.
