Melon raita (Veg)
Ingredients
½ honeydew melon
¼ pineapple
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
220g/12oz natural yoghurt
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation method

Slice the melon and pineapple into small cubes.

Add the melon and pineapple to a small bowl, along with the other ingredients. Mix well and serve.
