Ingredients
freshly ground black pepper
shredded basil leaves
1 ball of fresh mozzarella
2 slices of prosciutto
olive oil, for drizzling
Method
1. Scatter the freshly ground black pepper and shredded basil leaves on the mozzarella ball.
2. Wrap the seasoned ball in the prosciutto slices.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the wrapped mozzarella for a few minutes, until the prosciutto is crisp and golden.
4. Serve.
