Ingredients
2 slices ciabatta
2 tbsp olive oil
½ bunch rocket
50g/1¾oz Roquefort, crumbled
1 tbsp honey
Method
1. Rub the ciabatta all over with olive oil. Heat a griddle pan and griddle the bread on both sides, until toasted.
2. Place a slice of griddled ciabatta onto a serving plate and top with the rocket. Place the other slice of griddled ciabatta on top, followed by the Roquefort.
3. To serve, drizzle with honey.
