Ingredients

2 figs, halved

knob of butter

½ tbsp honey

55g/2oz Reblochon cheese
Preparation method
Heat a small frying pan over a medium heat. Add the butter and honey and allow to melt together, then add the figs, cut-side down and cook for five minutes, until sticky and softened.
Turn the figs over and add the cheese. Allow the cheese to melt then remove from the pan.
To serve, place the figs onto a plate and drizzle the juices from the pan over.
