Ingredients
1 box chaumes or Camembert
1 garlic clove, sliced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp clear honey
2 slices ciabatta, griddled
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Remove the cheese from the box, remove the paper and place the cheese back into the box.
3. Cut small holes in the top of the cheese with a small knife.
4. Push the sliced garlic and fresh rosemary sprigs into the holes.
5. Drizzle olive oil and clear honey over the cheese.
6. Place the box on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
7. Slide the box onto a serving plate, and to serve, dip griddled ciabatta into the melting cheese.
