Ingredients
1 whole Camembert in a box, cut in half along the width and kept in its wooden box
3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
1 tbsp honey
2 slices toasted bread, to serve
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Place the Camembert in its box onto a baking sheet. Remove the wooden lid and place the thyme and honey on top of the cheese, then replace the lid loosely.
3. Transfer the cheese to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until melting.
4. To serve, remove the box from the oven, place onto a plate and remove the lid. Serve warm with the toasted bread.
