Ingredients
100g/3½oz fillet steak, minced
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp finely chopped courgette
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Mix the mince together with the onion and courgette and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. To serve, place an oiled chefs' ring into the middle of a plate, press the mince into the ring then remove. Serve.
