Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
knob fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
170g/6oz beef, thinly sliced
3 lemon leaves, shredded (or subsitute lime leaves)
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp lemon, zest only
honey, to drizzle
Method
1. Heat the oil in a small wok over a high heat, until smoking, and add the ginger and beef. Stir fry for two minutes, to brown.
2. Turn the heat down slightly, add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further two minutes before transferring to a bowl and serving.
