Ingredients
110g/4oz rump steak, sliced into three pieces
drizzle olive oil
1 tbsp chives, chopped
¼ lemon
Method
1.Place the meat between two pieces of cling film and place onto a strong, flat surface. Using a rolling pin or meat hammer, beat and flatten until meat becomes tender.
2. To serve, place the meat on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil. Season, to taste, with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper. Garnish the chives and lemon wedge and serve immediately.
