Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
½ onion, sliced
½ tsp chilli flakes
3 baby plum tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
150g/5½oz shell pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
1 handful fresh chervil, to garnish
Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. Stir in the chilli flakes and the plum tomatoes and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
2. Stir in the chopped parsley, then add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir gently to combine.
3. To serve, pile the pasta onto a serving plate and garnish with the fresh chervil.
