Ingredients
100g/3½oz dark chocolate
100ml/3½fl oz double cream
½ mango, peeled and sliced
sprig of mint, to garnish
Method
1. Place a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add the chocolate and cream and stir until melted.
2. Pour half of the chocolate sauce into a glass. Place some of the mango into the glass and top with the rest of the mixture.
3. Decorate with a sprig of mint and place into the fridge to set for 15 minutes before serving.
