Ingredients
150ml/5fl oz double cream
85g/3oz dark chocolate, melted
1 fresh fig, chopped
cocoa powder, to dust
icing sugar, to dust
sprig of mint, to serve
Method
1. Softly whip the cream and then fold through the melted chocolate.
2. In a glass, place half of the figs. Top with half of the mousse and repeat.
3. Dust with cocoa powder and icing sugar and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
