Ingredients
1 apple, peeled and sliced
50g/1¾oz raisins
50g/1¾oz pistachios
1 orange, zest and juice only
pinch turmeric
handful fresh coriander
handful fresh tarragon
handful fresh flatleaf parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and serve on a plate.
