Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ onion, thinly sliced
½ carrot, thinly sliced
½ red pepper, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
½inch piece of root ginger, sliced
50g/1¾oz beef, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
100g/3½oz noodles, cooked
3 tbsp coriander, chopped
Method
1. In a wok heat the sesame oil with the onions, carrots, red peppers, garlic and ginger cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the beef and cook for one minute.
3. Finish by adding the soy sauce and noodles. Cook for two minutes.
4. Serve with the chopped coriander.
