Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
2 spring onions, chopped
3 rashers vegetarian bacon, sliced
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 x 400g/14oz can cherry tomatoes, drained
150g/5oz fresh tagliatelle, cooked according to packet instructions and drained
4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, to serve
Method
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the spring onions, vegetarian bacon and chilli flakes for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir well to coat in the sauce.
4. To serve, stir the parsley into the pasta and place into a serving dish.
