Ingredients
200ml/7fl oz milk
100ml/3½fl oz double cream
3 tbsp honey
85g/3oz cooked rice
1 tsp fresh root ginger, grated
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ orange, juice only
3 tbsp canned mango, chopped
Method
1. Place the milk, cream, honey, rice, ginger and cinnamon in a small pan and bring to a gentle simmer.
2. Add the orange juice and chopped mango to the pan, stir and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. To serve, pour into a serving bowl and eat immediately.
