Ingredients
150ml/5fl oz double cream, whipped until stiff
100g/3½oz grapes, halved
100g/3½oz raspberries
100g/3½oz Muscat jelly from a jar
Method
1. In a tall glass place a layer of half of the cream, followed by a layer of grapes, a layer of raspberries and finally a layer of Muscat jelly.
2. Repeat the layers in the same order.
3. Add a final dollop of cream and top with a raspberry to serve.
