Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp chilli flakes
a pinch of salt
150g/5½oz penne pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
6 fresh basil leaves, torn
a few shavings of fresh white truffle, to serve
Method
1. Place the oil, parsley, garlic, chilli flakes and salt into a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Stir the mixture into the cooked penne pasta, and pile onto a plate. Garnish with fresh torn basil leaves and the shavings of white truffle.
