Oyster shell wafers with ice cream and chocolate sauce

Ingredients

25g/1oz unsalted butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
100ml/3½oz double cream
1 oyster shell biscuit
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Method

1. To make the sauce, melt the butter in a small frying pan over a medium heat. Add the cocoa powder and stir well to mix.
2. Add the double cream, stir and warm through without boiling, until thickened.
3. To serve, place the biscuit in the centre of a plate. Place the ice cream on top and pour over some of the chocolate sauce.
