Oriental noodles

Ingredients

1 round loaf, top cut off, doughy middle removed
100g/3½oz noodles, cooked according to packet instructions
1 small red pepper, sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
pinch dried chilli
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method

1. Preheat an oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7 and bake the loaf for 5-8 minutes.
2. Heat a saucepan of salted water until it reaches boiling point. Cook the noodles for four minutes. Drain and leave to the side.
3. Heat a wok and fry the pepper in the oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked noodles into the wok.
4. Add the soy, chilli and honey. Finally add the sesame seeds.
5. Fill the loaf with the cooked noodles.
