Ingredients
4 mini meringue nests
300g/10½oz of mascapone
20g/¾oz caster sugar
50m/2fl oz framboise
200g/7oz strawberries/raspberries
300ml/½ pint double cream
Method
1. Mix the mascarpone and framboise.
2. Spoon on to meringue cases and top with strawberries. Pour over double cream.
