Ingredients
3 sheets ready-made filo pastry
butter, melted
2 free-range eggs
30ml/1¼fl oz cream
30ml/1¼fl oz milk
85g/3oz sugar
vanilla essence, few drops
Method
1. Heat oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Line a crepe pan with filo pastry and butter the pastry. Add another sheet and so on to make a flan case.
3. Mix the eggs, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla together and pour into the flan case.
4. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden.
