Ingredients

¾ cup double cream
1 egg white, room temperature
2.5ml/½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

1. Beat the cream until stiff. Add the vanilla extract.
2. In separate bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream.

(Note: raw egg white is not recommended for consumption by children, pregnant women and older adults)
