Ingredients
50g/1½oz oats , toasted
50ml/2fl oz double cream, whipped
150g/5½oz Greek yoghurt
50g/1¾oz blueberries
2 tbsp honey
mint sprig, to garnish
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
2. To serve, transfer into a serving bowl and place the mint sprig on top to decorate.
