Ingredients
For the chocolate sauce
2 tsp instant coffee granules
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp boiling water
3 tbsp caster sugar
For the meringues
1 free-range egg white
250g/8¾oz icing sugar
55g/2oz cocoa powder
Method
1. To make the chocolate sauce mix together all of the ingredients.
2. For the meringues, mix together the ingredients and roll into small balls.
3. Cook in the microwave for two minutes.
4. Serve on a plate drizzled with the chocolate sauce.
