Ingredients
100ml/3½fl oz double cream, whipped until it holds soft peaks
100g/3½oz Greek yoghurt
50ml/2fl oz bilberry syrup, from a jar or tin
50g/1¾oz bilberries, from a jar or tin
2 small ready-made meringues, crushed
Method
1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
2. Spoon into a tall glass and serve.
