Ingredients
100g/3½oz noodles, cooked according to packet instructions
1 tbsp olive oil
½ mango, peeled, stone removed, diced
2 salad onions, white only, shredded
1 red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Toss the cooked noodles with the olive oil in a large serving bowl.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, toss together and season before serving.
