Ingredients
For the burgers:
500g/1lb 2oz lean lamb or chicken mince
½ small onion, diced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chopped parsley
For the relish:
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 tin sweetcorn
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
4 sesame burger buns
Method
1. Mix all ingredients for the burgers together.
2. With wet hands roll into balls and flatten onto oiled tray.
3. Bake at 200C/400F/Gas 6 for 10 minutes.
4. To make the relish, process the mango with lime juice and sugar.
5. Fold in the sweetcorn.
6. Place burger in bun with 1 tsp of relish on top.
