Ingredients
1 large bap, halved and buttered
1 tsp peanut butter
2 lettuce leaves
2 tomato slices
2 cucumber slices
1 cooked chicken breast, skinned and sliced
2 bacon rashers, grilled
black pepper
Method
1. Spread the bap with the peanut butter.
2. Place the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chicken and bacon on the bottom layer of the bap.
3. Season with pepper and top with the other bap half.
