Ingredients
250g packet medium egg noodles
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp peeled and finely grated galangal
2 bird's-eye red chillies, chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh holy basil
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
1 lime, juice only
1 tsp clear honey
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
1. Cook the noodle according to the packet instructions.
2. In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients.
3. Drain and toss the noodles in the Thai mixture.
4. Serve.
