Ingredients
1 garlic clove, crushed
75ml/2½fl oz white wine
125g/4½oz clams, rinsed in clean cold water
50ml/2fl oz boiling water
100g/4oz tagliatelle, cooked
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Method
1. Put the garlic, white wine, clams and boiling water into a medium saucepan, cover with a lid and cook for five minutes, or until all the clams have opened. Drain and discard any that haven't opened.
2. Toss the clams with the cooked tagliatelle, place in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley, to serve.
