Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
½ onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, sliced
¼ red pepper, sliced
¼ carrot, sliced
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
200ml/7¼fl oz chicken or vegetable stock
100g/3½oz noodles
1 lime, juice only
Method
1. Cook the onions slowly in oil. Add the garlic, red pepper, carrot and ginger. Cook for ten minutes.
2. Add the sesame oil, honey, chicken or vegetable stock and the noodles. Simmer for six minutes.
3. Finish by adding the lime juice and serve.
