Ingredients
100g/3½oz broccoli, cut into florets
150g/5½oz fresh pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
75ml/2½ fl oz double cream
75g/2½oz dolcelatte cheese
Method
1. Place the broccoli into boiling water and cook for four minutes or until just tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and place into a large bowl.
2. Add the cooked pasta, cream and cheese and stir until the cheese has melted into the cream sauce.
3. Transfer to a clean warm bowl and serve immediately.
