Ingredients
100g/3½oz dried penne, cooked according to packet instructions
6 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
3 spring onions, chopped
1 tbsp capers
100g/3½oz tinned tuna, drained
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Mix the hot penne with the other ingredients (the residual heat from the pasta will heat the other ingredients to give you a warm pasta dish).
2. Serve.
