Ingredients
55g/2oz basil leaves, finely chopped
30g/1oz flatleaf parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
150g/5½oz dried pasta of your choice
Method
1. Place the chopped herbs in a bowl with the olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Leave to infuse.
2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. When the pasta is cooked, drain and stir in the oil and herbs. Serve immediately.
