Ingredients
225g/8oz cooked chicken tikka, diced
½ medium cucumber, diced
4 tbsp low fat natural yoghurt
4 wholemeal pitta breads
¼ lettuce, finely shredded
Method
1. Mix together the chicken, cucumber and yoghurt.
2. Carefully open the pitta bread by splitting them through the middle.
3. Fill with shredded lettuce and the chicken mixture.
