Ingredients
1 chicken breast, cooked and cut into cubes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Place four bamboo skewers into cold water to soak for ten minutes.
2. Thread the chicken onto the skewers and set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce and honey and coat the chicken breasts in the mixture.
4. Heat the oil in a griddle pan, and when smoking hot place the chicken skewers onto it and griddle for two minutes on each side, or until lightly browned and heated through.
